    dedicated to providing students with a high standard of artistic dance education to inspire and foster excellence in the arts. To preserve and promote the art of dance through performance, education, and outreach. The academy's training places emphasis in classical ballet training as a foundation for all dance classes. This training develops the complete dancer, stressing technique, strength, intellectual and artistic expression. The academy provides a wide variety of dance programs for all ages such as Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Street Dance, Musical Theatre, Acro, Lyrical and Contemporary. Our academy is catered to students of all ages starting at 2 years old who are interested in pursuing a comprehensive dance training as well as performance opportunities in a fun and nurturing environment.

      VICKY LEE WARDDIRECTOR

      Vicky Lee Ward is a dancer, choreographer and teacher whose career has taken her around the world. Vicky was born in Malaysia but grew up in Vancouver, Canada. She trained professionally at London Urdang Academy, England, Broadway Dance Center, New York and at The Edge and Millennium Dance Complex in Los Angeles. Having trained with some of the most recognized teachers and choreographers in the UK and North America has given her a vast background in various dance styles. She is a fully qualified teacher with the Imperial Society Teacher’s of Dancing (ISTD, UK) for Ballet and Jazz. She has over ten years of teaching experience in Jazz and Ballet and has taught in Vancouver, London, New York and Singapore.

      Growing up as a young dancer, it was always her dream to have her own dance school. Making dreams into reality, Vicky is excited and grateful to have this opportunity to share her passion and love for dance, to nurture the next generation of young dancers and to continue to inspire the love of arts in her local community.

      AMELIA RAMLIHEAD OF BALLET & JAZZ

      Amelia began her dance journey in the classical roots of ballet and modern dance. She went on to pursue preprofessional classical training at SOTA (School of the Arts Singapore) and later on completed her dance education in Lasalle College of the Arts Singapore. Having undergone training in both institutions, Amelia has the opportunities to be taught under names such as Cheah Mei Sing,Patricia Hon,Silvia Yong,Toru Okada and Dapheny Chen where she has emerged as a strong versatile dancer with genres of ballet, modern,contemporary,jazz under her belt.

      Upon graduation,Amelia has been working as a freelance professional dancer and dance instructor, performing in local and overseas platforms such as the Beijing Dance Festival 2017 and Athens Contemporary Dance Festival 2018. Amelia has also taught in various schools such as the Singapore American School, Raffles Girls Primary,Singapore Girls Home, Riverside Secondary, Chij Kellock, and All that Jazz studio over the past 3 years.

      Passionate about teaching, Amelia has sincere wishes in shaping the next generation of dancers as a dance educator, and aims to engage her students to be leaders in their own creative ways and in their own right and lives.

      ABIGAIL JACKSONHEAD OF MUSICAL THEATRE

      Abigail is from England (UK) where, since the age of 2, she has performed in local dance festivals, competitions and pantomimes including works for ‘Tony Peers Productions’. She is trained in ISTD, RAD and IDTA up until the age of 18 when she was accepted into a 3-year professional training program at London’s ‘Bird College UK’ from which she graduated with a BA (Hons) in Musical Theatre and Dance (2016).

      Since then Abigail has worked for both Universal Studios Japan (2016-2018) and Universal Studios Singapore (2018-2020) as a singer/dancer. Before moving to Asia Abigail’s teaching career began at local dance schools back home as well as working for North East Lincolnshire dance festivals between her professional contracts.

      Abigail has always been passionate about musical theatre and dance since she can remember and is excited to pass on her knowledge to the next generation of performers.

      ANDREW COWLEYHEAD OF ACRO & TAP

      Andrew is from the United Kingdom and started dancing at the age of 6 at the Julie Bromage Dance Academy. While there he performed around the UK in famous theatres like Royal Albert Hall and Sadler’s Wells in London. He has also performed in Disneyland, Paris. At the age of 16 he went to Performers College in Essex where he received his diploma in musical theatre and dance. He performed in the “ Daisy Ball “ on two separate occasions and “ Rock The Boat ‘, London’s Boat Show in the Excel Arena.

      Once graduated from college, Andrew went on to work for Royal Caribbean International for 7 years on 8 of their cruise liners. During his time with the company he has danced in numerous production shows in over 50 different countries. In 2016, he was given the job of dance captain for Royal Caribbean’s’ Rhapsody of the Seas cast. As well as dancing, Andrew has also trained with C5 aerial arts and ImaginationHouse in Aerial and as has performed flying routines for Royal Caribbean.

      Besides dancing, Andrew also has developed a passion for teaching. He has taught junior performers classes at his college as well as a variety of dance classes at his home dance school. He has taught dance and acting at the Musical Theatre Conservatory Summer Intensive located in the suburbs outside of New York City as well as other studios in Northern America.

      He has collected dance certifications during his years of teaching with different dance organisations. With the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance from the United Kingdom, he has gained his qualification in Modern Theatre & Tap. With the Acro Dance teacher Association from Canada he has gained his Acro qualifications.

      ALEX LIMHEAD OF STREET DANCE

      Alex started his professional dance career at age 18 and has choreographed and performed for numerous mega events locally and internationally. Some of these events include: The World Expo Astana in Kazakstan (2017), The Singapore Maritime Show in London (2017), Netflix 1Million Gala (2017), The Aida Musical (2018), Singapore Lyric Opera’s Carmen (2019), Facebook Gala (2019), MediaCorp NYE Countdown Show (2019) and National Day Parade (2020). In addition to his performing and choreography work, Alex also dedicates his time to teach dance to both children and adults. Alex’s expertise lies in Contemporary Dance, Street Dance and Pas De Deux.

      Alex believes that dance transcends words and dance is a powerful tool to express our emotions. Through his dance performances and choreographies, Alex aims to bring extraordinary experiences to his students and audiences.

      GERALDINE PHANGBALLET, JAZZ, CONTEMPORARY, TAP, LYRICAL, ACRO

      Born and raised in Sydney, Australia. Geraldine started her dance journey at the age of 6 years old. Whilst based in Sydney she focusing on the RAD Ballet Syllabus and attended Tanya Pearsons Classical Coaching Academy, North of Sydney where she has completed all her major examinations. After two years of full-time dancing with Tanya Pearsons, Geraldine moved to Singapore to attend The Scholar’s Program under the Singapore Dance Theatre where she was taught by the current Principal dancers and the Director of Singapore Dance Theatre himself. She was then soon accepted into Nangyang Academy of Fine Arts in the Dance Department and soon found her interest in Contemporary dance. After graduating with a Diploma in Dance (performance) in 2014, Geraldine then moved onto her professional career in Contemporary dance in one of Singapore oldest Contemporary dance company called The Arts Fission. During her four and half years as a professional dancer, Geraldine has performed in unique venues such as Esplanade Theatre, Esplanade Concert Hall, Arts Science Museum Singapore, Singapore National Gallery as well has international festivals like Mapping Melbourne, Australia.

      Geraldine looks forward to teach along side the faculty of All That Jazz and is excited to share her experiences with the students of All That Jazz and hopes to continue to create a passionate dance industry!

      EVA THAMBALLET, JAZZ, CONTEMPORARY, TAP, LYRICAL

      Passionate for dance since a young age, E-Va started her dance journey in a small baby ballet class in her neighbourhood. Originally trained in Classical Ballet, she soon felt curious to explore other genres of dance. As her passion for dance grew with age, E-Va enrolled into LASALLE College Of The Arts and graduated from with a BA(Hons) in Dance in 2013. She later went on to pursue a Professional Dancers’ Teaching Diploma at the Royal Academy of Dance in London, UK in 2019.

      Upon graduating with a BA(Hons) from Goldsmith College (LASALLE College of the Arts) in 2013, E-Va joined professional contemporary dance company; Re:Dance Theatre. Led by Artistic Director Albert Tiong, she performed in local festivals including M1 Contact and NUS Arts Festival. E-Va has toured with Selina Tan (SG) to perform “Footprints in Dance” at Beijing Dance Festival 2017. She has also performed in Singapore’s National Day Parade 2017 under Music and Drama Company.

      E-Va has taught in various dance studios and co-curriculum groups in school. She was the main instructor in charge of the dance programme of Kuo Chuan Presbyterian Secondary School from 2015-2019 and Peirce Secondary School since 2016. She led the Liberté Dancers of Peirce Secondary School to Short+Sweet Competition in Penang and brought home the Best Newcomer Award. She has also worked with primary school students with special needs at Pathlight School and teenagers at Singapore Girl’s Home. With a passion for teaching, she completed her Professional Dancer’s Teaching Diploma under the Royal Academy of Dance in September 2019 and is now a Registered Teacher.

      BENJAMIN (BENJY) SNG STREET DANCE, JAZZ, CONTEMPORARY, ACRO

      Benjamin ‘Benjy’ Sng started dancing professionally at the age of 16 after being talent-scouted by his dance teachers. He’s always drawn inspiration from icons such as Michael Jackson and Britney Spears. He specializes in Jazz and Hip-hop but also has experience in Contemporary, Lyrical, Latin and various ethnic styles.

      Apart from clinching awards from several local competitions, Benjy and his team also clinched 3rd place in Dance Crown of Honour 2009 at Genting Highlands, a joint competition between dancers from both Singapore and Malaysia. He also won Best Male Dancer when he participated in Singapore Best Dance Crew 2011, with his team getting 2nd place. He has also had his share of experience in theatre while fulfilling his role as a full-time swing under Universal Studios Singapore. In addition, he also was a cast member in ‘Impak Maksima’, a Malaysian production that was featured at The Esplanade in 2009. Apart from his vast performance background, Benjy also had the opportunity to hold two rounds of workshops at GiGi Art of Dance, a dance school in South Jakarta, Indonesia.

      Benjy believes that the key to a dancer’s growth is in the exploration of new and interesting ways to express, remodeling old habits and forming new ones, and always keeping an open mind.

      NUR AFIQAH RAPEESTREET DANCE

      Afiqah devoted her life to dance at the age of 13. She joined the Arts Incubation Programme (AIP) at The Little Arts Academy and 10Square@Orchard Central- Youth Division for dance trainings and was a beneficiary of the Business Times Budding Artist Fund (BTBAF) c/o The RICE Company Ltd. Since then, she has performed for various events and arts festivals across Singapore, Japan and China. Curious to explore, Nur Afiqah furthered her studies at LASALLE College of the Arts. While in LASALLE, she had the opportunity to work with remarkable dance artists such as Lee Jae-Young(Korea), Bill T Jones/Arnie Zane Dance Company(USA), Christina Chan(Singapore), Aymeric Bichon(France), Kuik Swee Boon(Singapore) and Jacky You(Hong Kong).       CHELSEA WELLSBALLET, JAZZ, TAP

      Chelsea is a dancer/dance teacher from Melbourne, Australia. She is an energetic and technically trained performer with over 10 years of dancing experience. She has worked professionally as a dancer/teacher in various overseas contracts including Universal Studios Japan and countries such as South Korea.

      She competed in dancing competitions from the age of 8 and continued through to 18 as well as studying VCE Dance at her school in Melbourne. She completed further studies with a Qualification in Dance Teaching and Management to continue her career in the arts. Chelsea has worked closely in teaching ATOD ballet examination syllabus as well as well as competitions and concerts for dance schools.

      Chelsea prides herself on being an “all rounder” who loves to perform, is passionate about her job and cannot wait to influence her creativity onto others.

      NICHOLAS LEONGSTREET DANCE, ACRO, MODERN CONTEMPORARY, LYRICAL

      Nicholas began his dance journey at the age of 13 and joined a professional contemporary dance company at the age of 15. Across the decade, Nicholas had the opportunity to perform in local festivals and international festivals in countries such as Italy, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam. While Nicholas was first exposed to Modern and Contemporary dance, over the years, he went on to explore street dance and street jazz to further develop himself and his artistry. Nicholas hopes to transcend his knowledge and experience to inspire the next generation of upcoming dancers, while instilling the essence of fun into his classes.

      GLADYS SIMBALLET JAZZ & TAP

      At the age of 6, Gladys started her classical ballet at Raffles Girls’ Primary School.Deciding to pursue her passion and to further a profession in dance, Gladys enrolled herself for a Diploma in Dance at the Nanyang Academy Of Fine Arts (NAFA). While in NAFA, she signed up for different summer schools and exchange programmes, both locally & internationally, in noteable schools like Annette Roselli Dance Academy in Queensland, Australia and has also completed her Royal Academy of Dance Advanced 2 Vocational examination.

      Upon graduation, Gladys decided to further refine her skills by enrolling herself into a full time programme at Terry Simpson Studios in Adelaide, South Australia where she spent a year before coming back to Singapore. Through the years of training, Gladys has been trained under many different professional ballet dancers like Zhou Lin, Alice Lau, Toru Okada, Terry Simpson, Susan Taylor, Janet Bridgman, Jacqui Stratton-Smith, Shane Placentino, Oliver Toth, Catherine Wells and Helen Cooper.

      Apart from classical ballet and pas de deux, Gladys is also trained profesionally in contemporary, contemporary on pointe and jazz under professional dancers such as Dr Caren Carino, Michael Teichmann, Aidan Munn and Madeleine Milne. Her training in NAFA and at Terry Simpson studios has allowed her to perform for various shows including Third Space which is held annually at the Esplanade.

      Growing up under the tutelage of mainly RAD teachers in both Singapore & Australia, the teachers Gladys has been under have definitely over the years nurtured her love and passion for dance. Ever since, Gladys has inspired to be a ballet teacher just like them, one who both inspires and grooms dancers to be better people with not just a love for the ever growing dance scene but also to be people with endurance, determination & resilience as they face the different challenges in life.

      YUERU MABALLET, JAZZ, TAP

      YueRu Ma began her formal dance education in the pioneer cohort at School of the Arts Singapore, and latergraduated summa cum laude from The Boston Conservatory, receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree inDance. She is currently a company member of Frontier Danceland, a contemporary dance company in Singapore. She has also danced professionally in the United States and Spain, with companies such as Hubbard Street Dance Chicago,Hubbard Street Dance Chicago 2, Post:Ballet and Present-Day Dance Theater, among others.

      As a teacher, she hopes toencourage an enjoyment and appreciation of dance in the students, develop necessary technical skills and an artistic sensibility, as well as cultivate a sense of determination and work ethic that they can carry on to their daily lives.

      SARAH SMITHBALLET, JAZZ, TAP, CONTEMPORARY, MUSICAL THEATRE

      Sarah first started teaching back in 2007, in kindergartens and studio kids classes. Since then she has gone on to teach Primary and secondary school programmes and CCAs, and has sent several schools for multiple competitions. While she started with a background in ballet, Sarah has moved on to train in several other genres of dance, such as jazz, contemporary, hip hop, salsa, Lindy hop, and the Charleston. She firmly believes that her job as a dance educator is to ensure kids have a fun and safe environment to explore body movement, and uses her background in so many different genres to give them the maximum opportunity to discover their own way of moving.

      SYARUL (CHOCO) EZUANSTREET DANCE

      Syarul Ezuan is a talented performer, started as a street dancer at the age of 12. He is the former leader of the high energy & heart-pumping dance group sensation, Fantastic Kidz & the bronze medalist for the 2011 World Supremacy Battleground, Fantastic Forze Crew. After completing his National Service in December 2014, he is fully focused now on creative-directing, instructing, teaching & sharing his craft in dance for the past 8 years; after being taught/trained for more than 10 years under the tutelage of choreographers/instructors of more than 20 years of experience in the industry.

      His biggest achievement to date is becoming the contingent choreographer for the annual Chingay Parade for the 5th year in a row with 2 awards in his belt & the 2012 SEA Games Opening Ceremony held at the Indoor Stadium in Singapore.

      Also, he formed a performance agency business (65 Worldwide) in 2017, which includes, forming a dance workforce group called the “Diamond Drip Team”; to give opportunities, groom, nurture & gain experiences to youths who shares the same passion for dancing, the chance to be able to perform in the commercial arts industry & be future professionals in the coming years ahead.

      FARAH FADZALIBALLET, JAZZ, TAP

      Farah started taking up ballet at the age of 7, whereby she took her Pre-primary CSTD examination scoring honors plus. She then went on to join the Singapore Ballet Academy. Her passion for the performing arts grew when she was offered a position in Singapore Dance Theatre’s Scholars Program before joining Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA). Throughout her studies in NAFA, Farah had the opportunity to perform for various choreographers and in genres like ballet, contemporary, and jazz.

      In 2015, Farah started teaching dance in multiple dance studios, pre-schools, and both primary and secondary schools. She also teaches dance movement therapy in various organisations namely, the Institute of Mental Health, Down syndrome Association, and Parkinson Society before pursuing her Masters (MSc in Dance Science) in London, United Kingdom. As a dance educator and researcher, Farah believes in integrating and understanding the range of scientific disciplines to optimise one’s potential. She truly enjoys teaching and with the years of experience, Farah is able to work with any age groups comfortably.

      She hopes to encourage and motivate her students to reach beyond their goals and unleashing their inner creativity in a fun learning environment.

      RYAN ANGJAZZ, MUSICAL, STREET DANCE

      Ryan’s journey started in the Singapore Armed Forces’ Music and Drama Company where he trained as a dancer, choreographer and artiste. He is proficient in the genres of Jazz, Jazz Funk & Commercial HipHop.

      For commercial dance work, Ryan’s proudest accomplishment has been to work in Jakarta on tour with Indonesian pop star Agnes Monica. He has also performed with contestants on Asia’s Got Talent Season 1. He has also toured with Celebration of Life: Magic of Lawrence & Priscilla to Taiwan, China and Thailand. Ryan was also a member of Limited Edition dance crew and competed with them on The Dance Floor Season 2. He has also performed for choreographers such as Koharu Sugawara (Japan) and Hamilton Evans (USA) for showcases.

      Ryan’s most notable work has been as assistant choreographer for National Day Parade 2017, assisting Chief choreographer Andy Cai. He was also a choreographer for the University of Washington Hip Hop Student Association in 2015. He is also MOE Certified to teach in schools. He has also taught masterclasses for dance clubs at ITE East and NTU as well as at Westlake Dance Centre in Seattle.

      Ryan’s dance work has led him into theatre as well, performing and acting in productions in ensemble and lead roles. In 2018, he trained at The American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York in an Acting and Musical Theatre Intensive. He also graduated from the W!LD RICE Young & Wild Acting programme in 2020. Some Theatre credits include: La Cage Aux Folles by Wild Rice, Dim Sum Dollies by Dream Academy, Kumar: What Makes a Man A Man by Dream Academy, Liao Zhai Rocks by The Theatre Practice, The GingerbreadMan by SRT The Little Company, CANDIDE by Wild Rice.

      FELIX LIMJAZZ, STREET DANCE, TAP

      A graduate from LASALLE College of The Arts Musical Theatre degree program, Felix is an actor, dancer and singer from Penang, Malaysia. Felix started dancing and acting in his teenage years and has never stopped since. He vividly remembers that it was one of Britney Spear’s music videos which he saw as a young boy that ignited his passion in performing. Therefore, he started his dance journey with Hip Hop and Street Jazz and later got into Jazz, Tap, and Ballet. He also holds a Diploma in Theatre (Mandarin Drama) from NAFA.
      A versatile performer, Felix performed in musicals and plays which include: Story of A Stairway, A Midsummers Night Dream, A Chorus Line, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Urinetown, Kumarajiva and Army Daze 2 where he was either supporting roles or as a featured dancer.

      ELISHA JUDEBALLET, JAZZ, LYRICAL, CONTEMPORARY

      Elisha Jude started dancing at the age of seven, gaining exposure in various genres such as hip-hop and modern dance. In 2015, she joined the Dance Talent Development Programme (DTDP) that sparked her interest in dance as a career. Upon graduating with a Diploma in Legal Studies in 2018 and after an internship in a law firm, she decided to follow her passion to pursue dance. In 2018, she enrolled in the Diploma in Dance programme at LASALLE College of the Arts, where she performed in works by contemporary dance artists such as Eisa Jocson (Philippines) and Susan Sentler (UK/ Singapore). Influenced by a diversity of genres, Elisha seeks to discover an authentic way of moving, one that is genuine to herself and her identity.

      NICHOLA LIMLYRICAL, CONTEMPORARY, ACRO

      As an alumnus of LASALLE College of the Arts, Nichola has since been actively involved in the dance industry as a performer, an educator and backstage crew. In LASALLE, she was privileged to be given opportunities to work with directors and choreographers from Singapore, Italy, Cambodia, the USA, Croatia and Hong Kong. She has also performed at the Singapore Night Festival, Singapore International Festival of the Arts (SIFA), Da:ns Festival, G30 event and was also invited to perform in Italy and Beijing for their respective arts festivals. In commercial works, Nichola was also an active mascot and stilt-walking performer.

      In 2019, Nichola decided to explore overseas employment and was granted the opportunity to teach in China. Her overseas experience has unfortunately been shortened due to the uprise of Covid-19. Upon coming back to Singapore, Nichola continues to get herself involved in various projects to broaden her perspectives in Dance.

      Nichola currently holds a BA(Hons) in Dance, General Gymnastics Level One Coach under Singapore Gymnastics and is a certified Progressing Ballet Technique instructor. She is also a registered coach for Artistic Gymnastics with National Registry of Coaches and MOE-IRS registered instructor for both gymnastics and dance. Nichola also places safe dance practice a top priority in her dance and gymnastics/acrobatics teachings.

      A believer in holistic education in Dance, Nichola hopes to share how Dance is more than just learning its technique and artistry, but also a way of living.

      XUE JING LEEBALLET, JAZZ, LYRICAL, CONTEMPORARY

      Born and raised in Singapore, Xue Jing is an independent contemporary dance artist who enjoys dancing, teaching, choreographing, performing, and many things in life. She had trained in ballet, contemporary, and Chinese dance. Xue Jing holds a Master of Arts in Dance Performance with Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance (London, UK), and a Diploma in Dance with Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (Singapore) with an exchange semester at SUNY Purchase College Conservatory of Dance (New York, US). She received the Singapore Hokkien Huay Kuan Arts and Cultural Award in 2016. Xue Jing was a member of Transitions Dance Company (2018/19) and *SCAPEdance residency programme (2020/21).

      Her teaching journey began in 2015. At present, she teaches movement in preschools, contemporary dance CCA at various MOE schools, a variety of dance styles to students aged 2 to 17 at All That Jazz Dance Academy, and occasional open classes for all ages.

      Xue Jing finds content in the simple pleasures of dance and movement and believes in the integration of wellness in dance for all ages. She hopes students will remember the joys and lessons learned in dancing and continue to find joy in everything they do.

      HANNAH SEESTREET DANCE

      Like many others in secondary school, Hannah kicked off her dance journey at age 14 with Chinese dance before delving into street dance and eventually focusing on Hip Hop. Her dance style is largely influenced by the various genres she picked up along the way such as House and Popping.
      Hannah believes that learning never stops and the only way to keep on improving is to go out and explore — which was what she did. Hannah went on a personal dance training trip to Japan and immersed in their culture whilst getting awed by the community there. It was an humbling experience to understand and learn a different perspective of dance from the local scene.

      NATALIE CHEONGBALLET, JAZZ

      Natalie started her formal dance training at School of The Arts, moving on to Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, before furthering her studies at London Contemporary Dance School, where she graduated with BA (Hons) Contemporary Dance. She also had the opportunity to go on an exchange program for one semester at Conservatory of Dance at SUNY Purchase.

      Over the years of her dance education, she has been exposed to various form and styles of training, and has had the opportunity to work with local and international choreographers such as Jeffrey Tan, Shahrin Johry, Dr Filomar Tariao, Ezekiel Oliveira, Son Yu Joung, Deborah Lohse, Igor x Moreno, Yukiko Masui, nasa4nasa.

      Upon graduation, Natalie has constantly seek different ways to further her craft and improve herself. In June 2021, she managed to obtain her RYT200, allowing her yoga training to supplement her dance training.

      SENG GOHMUSICAL, ACRO, JAZZ

      Seng began his journey in performing arts as a contemporary dancer in Singapore before moving to London to pursue a BA in musical theatre. There he performed and covered leading and supporting roles such as The Engineer in Miss Saigon International Tour, and Iago in Disney’s Aladdin London. Even making appearances in Disney’s Broadway Hits and BBC’s Children In Need. Thereafter he shifted his focus to experimental theatre and completed his MA in Theatre Lab with the prestigious Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, UK. Since then he’s played Jonathan Peachum in The Threepenny Opera, devised and performed original work ctrl + alt + del in Bloomsbury Festival and Margot Monroe’s Nibelungenlied with David Glass.

      His journey has led him from contemporary dance, to musical theatre, and eventually acting, devising and directing. He returned to Singapore in 2021 and is excited to further his career here through teaching and theatre-making.

      JULNIEE TANBALLET, JAZZ

      Julniee Tan, groomed as a Dancer at the young age of 3; a confident choreographer and performer. Title-holder in numerous dance competitions and Singapore Youth Festival (SYF), completed the Royal Academy of Dance Intermediate Vocational Grade with Distinction and was awarded a Junior Company scholarship. Dance participation with established schools, Vaganova Ballet Academy and Bangkok Dance Academy.

      Certified by the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) under the Certificate of Ballet Teaching Studies. She aspires to nurture the younger generation of dancers who are passionate about the art form. And being a dedicated teacher who always encourages her students and strives for continuous improvement.

      She is adventurous and spontaneous, and wish to create a vibrant dance learning experience in class!

      JINIA TANSTREET DANCE

      Jinia started her training in Hip Hop at the age of 13, and over the years had trained in several forms of dance such as Contemporary and Street Jazz. Jinia participated in numerous dance performances and competitions such as Super24, World Supremacy Battlegrounds, Summer Jam Dance Camp Youngstars’ Showcase as well as Channel 8’s The Dance Floor Season 2.

      She has worked under different choreographers such as Yarra Ileto and Shahrin Johry during her time at NAFA and was a member of Temasek Poly Dance Ensemble (TPDE) and had participated actively in the club’s activities whilst choreographing for club events and performances.

      As a dancer and budding artist, Jinia believes in collaboration and partnership as it helps her grow as an individual. Moving forward, she wants to focus her future exploration on themes regarding identity, be it with self-expression, improvisation, creation or free movement. She hopes to create a safe space for students to express themselves while sharing their passion and joy that comes from dancing.

      JOYEE TANBALLET, JAZZ, TAP

      Joyee’s love of dance began at a young age and she started training under the RAD Ballet syllabus at the age of 6. As her passion grew, she decided to take the step to enrol into Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts. She graduated with a Diploma in Dance Performance and was immediately offered a performance contract Universal Studios Singapore in 2015.

      Throughout her 6 years as a performer at USS she was casted in an extensive list of shows and roles. Some of the highlights of her career include roles in Halloween Horror Nights 7, Elmo’s TV Time, and many Christmas events and shows.

      On top of her love of dance and performance, Jo-yee has a great admiration for fitness and is currently a trainer at Core collective and Haus Athletics.
      With a combined love of Fitness and Dance, Joyee is excited to inspire and encourage the next generation of dancers at ATJ to have fun while performing, and can’t wait to begin teaching.

      LEANNE LIMBALLET

      Leane was born in Singapore, and started her ballet training at the age of 4. She completed the Royal Academy Of Dance up to Advanced 2 with straight Distinctions under the tutelage of Lena Foo. At age 13, she was accepted into The School of The Arts in Singapore.

      In 2012 she received a scholarship to further her training at the Central School Of Ballet. In her graduation year, she performed in works by Christopher Hampson and Kit Holder, and graduated with a First Class BA (Hons) Degree in Professional Dance and Performance.

      Leane joined Singapore Dance Theatre as an apprentice in January 2017 and was promoted to an Artist in January 2019. She has performed in Singapore Dance Theatre’s Romeo and Juliet (2020), Swan Lake (2019), The Nutcracker, Coppélia, Giselle, Peter & Blue’s Birthday Party, The Four Temperaments, Paquita, Schubert Symphony, Sleeping Beauty, Don Quixote, Bournonville Divertissements, Double Contrasts, Serenade, Linea Adora and Fives.

      AIDEN TANACRO

      Aiden Tan, from Singapore, graduated from the Taipei National University of the Arts (TNUA) with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance. He was awarded the Singapore National Arts Council Scholarship for his artistic pursuit at TNUA from 2015-2019. He began his formal dance training with the Singapore Ballet Academy where he had completed his Royal Academy of Dance Examinations up to Advanced Foundation.

      Aiden’s artistry was further developed when he joined The Human Expression Second Dance Company (T.H.E 2nd Company), a semi-professional youth company under the directorship of Silvia Yong from 2010-2015. He was involved in many of their major productions, including the CONTACT Dance Festival, Emerging Choreographers, Exxonmobil and LITHE. As a performer in T.H.E 2nd Company, he had performed in works of local-based artists Yarra Ileto, Liz Fong, Marcus Foo, Lee Mun Wai and overseas artists include Lee Ren Xin (Malaysia), Steve Goh (Hong Kong), Sebastian Ledig (France), Inma Marin (Spain) and Naoko Ito (Japan).

      During his time at TNUA, he had worked with renowned choreographers and performed in a wide range of repertories including Soldier’s Mass by Jiri Kylian which was being restaged by Roslyn Anderson and Urtzi Aranburu, Bryan Arias (Puerto Rico), Leigh Warren (Australia), Repertoire of Cloudgate Dance Theatre, Cursive by Lin Hwai-Min (Taiwan), Zhang Xiaoxiong (Taiwan), Dong I-Fen (Taiwan) and Jeong Yun Lee (Korea).

      He was invited to perform a duet “10-6 into the SKIN” choreographed by Aiden and his collaborator Cheng Wei (Taiwan) at the 46th Ochanomizu Dance Concert (Japan). This work is also invited to perform at the Open Stage, International Platform at M1 Contact Contemporary Dance Festival in 2021.

      Besides teaching and performing dance, Aiden is a certified personal trainer with the American Council on Exercise and has been conducting fitness related classes such as body conditioning for dancers.

      TERENCE TANSTREET DANCE

      Terence was a nurse graduate, but what he aspired to be is a professional dancer. Terence began his career as a freelance dance instructor in early 2009, since then his passion for dance has never stopped.

      He is versatile in all kinds of street style and a passionate practitioner, he has taught students ranging from 4 to 60 years old in over 100 education institutes. He is welcomed by students as he has a bubbly character, very approachable person.

      He believes that in order to become a good dancer, one should join competitions to better expose oneself in the dance scene, enable himself to learn a lot from other dancers and continuously improve himself. He, himself has been actively performing and competing overseas, such as London, Australia, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia. Therefore, he loves to share his own experiences with his Students.

      HAIKY ZULKIFLYMUSICAL THEATRE & JAZZ

      Haiky Zulkifli holds a BA(Hons) in Theatre Arts from University of Essex and has been actively pursuing his career as a performing artist ever since.

      Some professional theatre credits include Kaspar in Kaspar (M1 Fringe Festival), Lysander in A Midsummer Night’s Dream (British High Commission), Krishna in Army Daze (Nanyang Academy Of Fine Arts).

      Upon graduation, he was contracted as a full-time performer at Universal Studio Singapore. He also got involved in various Music Videos, Commercials, Television, and Film.

      He taught children and adult Drama, Musical Theatre, and Dance at numerous studios such as Evolve Arts, Jody Marshall Dance Company, and Act 3 International.

      He firmly believes in the importance of arts education and inculcates positive values for the young learners. He is excited to share his love for theatre and dance to the world.

      GINA CAIBALLET, JAZZ, CONTEMPORARY

      Gina is experienced in Classical Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, Acro, Latin and Rhythmic Gymnastics. She has worked in groups and private settings for recreational, therapeutic and competitive dancers and gymnasts across the lifespan. As a performer, Gina has had the opportunities to perform both locally and internationally, a few of her most memorable shows include guest artist in Beirut’s “Arab’s Got Talent”, and in USANA’s annual Asia Pacific World Tour, for over eight thousand attendees. In 2019 and 2020, she was also invited to perform in Gardens by the Bay as part of Dick Lee Asia’s “Legends of Singapore” and “The Story of Nian”.

      In 2016, Gina pursued and completed a Degree in Psychological Science (Hons), where she was inspired to incorporate the empirical findings of research on geriatric degenerative illnesses, and neuropsychology with her dance training. These helped her design movement therapy courses for clients diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease. Gina’s belief in combining arts and science to maximize the quality of life is a lifelong journey that she hopes to share with fellow dancers and clients.

      STEPHANIE SIMBALLET & JAZZ

      Stephanie is classically trained in theatre and has graduated with a bachelor’s degree in musical theatre from Lasalle College of the Arts and a diploma in theatre from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts. She is a versatile performer who traverses between commercial events, musicals, concerts, plays and hosting events. She was in Dream Academy’s Broadway Beng: The Last Beng Standing and, Universal Studios Singapore’s 2020-2021 light-up parade. Her musical credits include, Becky-Two-Shoes in Urinetown: The Musical (Dir. George Torbay), Bobby in A Chorus Line (Dir. Nikki Snelson), Musical Theatre Limited’s Lim Boon Keng The Musical (Dir. Jeremiah Choy) and MEI’s Peppa Pig Live! Peppa Pig’s Celebration in Macau’s Broadway Theatre (Dir. Tracey White).

      Stephanie also teaches vocal technique, dance and drama in schools (CHIJ Kellock Primary, CHIJ St. Nicholas Girls’ School, St.Hilda’s Primary, Unity Secondary, CentreStage School of the Arts, Dover Court International School to name a few) and studios (Stepping Out Studios, Dancevault Studios). Her teaching philosophy, “If you can walk, you can dance. If you can speak, you can sing”.

      VICTORIA CHANBALLET, JAZZ, TAP & MUSICAL THEATRE

      Victoria is a graduate from LASALLE College of the Arts and has a BA (Hons) in Musical Theatre, where she studied ballet, jazz and tap. Her love for musical theatre began at a young age and she has since been pursuing acting, singing and dancing. She also joined Universal Studios Singapore and was part of the Hollywood Dreams Parade from 2018-2020.

      She has been trained by industry professionals such as Nikki Snelson, Karen Lacey and Emily Maltby. She has been involved in several musicals and her theatre credits include: Roxie Hart in Chicago, Seussical the Musical, Fiddler on the Roof and Aida.

      Victoria is excited to share her love for the arts, and aims to create an environment of fun and safety where children can find joy in discovering the beauty of dance and musical theatre.

      BELLE HOBALLET & JAZZ

      At a young age, Belle found her love and passion for Dance at the Poi Ching School Chinese Dance team. Exposed to Ballet techniques, she began her hunt for exposure to the various genres of Dance. Now a team member of Dropouts, Belle is also skilled with the techniques of street and contemporary.

      At Nanyang Polytechnic, Belle was Dance Captain of the Jazz CCA, Danzinc. She has choreographed for multiple events and practices such as for NYP’s National Day celebration. Belle also taught Street Jazz to a group of beginners at a local, girl-centric community program, HEY BELLE.

      With a strong passion for the various genres of dance, she ventures out for multiple performances and competition opportunities such as Get The Beat, Super 24, and NDP 2022. She consistently seeks knowledge of new genres and better techniques through the guidance of highly experienced instructors such as Nicholas Long and ET. She has also choreographed for a Get The Beat competition item and has since fed her passion for choreographing. Belle is now exploring the genres of Vogue and Hip Hop.

      Bold and filled with curiosity, she is excited to fill her dance journey with more experiences and memories.
